FAITH MEMORIAL CHAPEL welcomes folks of all denominations to our services, held on Sundays at 11:00 AM. We meet only in the summer and have no membership roll, so you won’t feel like a guest. Each Sunday, we have clergy from different churches that visit us to lead the service and we are blessed to also have great music to accompany the great message!
On August 11th, we welcome the Rev. Toni Pate. Toni is the Pastor of Trinity Church of Greenville, her beloved inter-denominational flock. She has a special place in her heart for Faith Memorial Chapel- which has been a highlight of her summers for more than a decade.
Our soloist this Sunday will be Colleen Allard-Smith. Colleen is an aspiring opera performer with a passion for performing operatic and musical theater repertoire, as well as contemporary music and jazz. Growing up in Atlanta, Georgia, she discovered her classical voice while attending the Cobb County Center for Excellence in Performing Arts (CCCEPA) at Pebblebrook High School. Currently a junior at Furman University in Greenville, South Carolina, Colleen takes vocal lessons under the direction of Dr. Grant Knox while working towards her BA in Vocal Performance.

AROUND THE HOUSE by Linda Packer Young
My honey and I made an attempt to combine two households in the fall of 2021. We are finally taking an inventory of duplicate (quadruplicate+) tools in our workshop and other areas. There are duplicates of everything. I think I will see if there is any interest in these items on Nextdoor.
